Insurer faces more than $1bn in losses over COVID-19

Chubb has announced global net catastrophe loss estimates for the second quarter of 2020 of $1.51bn after tax including COVID-19 global pandemic losses of $1.81bn pre-tax or $1.16bn after tax.
