UAE:Nearly half of employees polled did not get pay rise in 2015

Close to half of UAE respondents (46%) have disclosed that they did not receive a pay raise in 2015 at all, according to the 2016 Bayt.com Middle East and North Africa Salary Survey, conducted by Bayt.com, a Middle Eastern job site, and YouGov, a market research agency.
