IMF raises China's 2017-18 growth forecast, warns of credit risk

Economic growth in China is projected at 6.6% this year, slowing to 6.2% in 2018, according to the International Monetary Fund in its April 2017 edition of the "World Economic Outlook". The outlook is an improvement on the 6.5% growth rate for this year and 6.0% for 2018 forecast by IMF in January.
