Life insurers' investment-type premiums dive by nearly 60% in 1H

Investment-related insurance premiums in China plunged by 58% to CNY364.8 billion (US$55 billion) in the first half of this year, in the wake of the CIRC's crackdown on short-term universal life insurance products.
