Incumbent insurers fall short of delivering value - study

Most incumbent insurers today are not delivering on fundamentals like quality of products and services and ease of doing business. This has led to consumers, in particular millennials who are young and digitally active, turning towards doing business with new entrants to the industry whom they perceive as being able to create and deliver more value, said a new report from Bain & Company.
