With the insolvency of ICPS Australia, the biggest claims services provider in the nation, the Australian insurance industry was left with a lack of reliable claims services. In response, Queensland-based engineering company KMA Consulting has added project management and building and architectural services to its core engineering capabilities in order to cover that gap.
