MENA:FAIR oil & energy syndicate strengthens capital and receives rating from A.M. Best

FAIR Oil & Energy Insurance Syndicate (FOEIS) has strengthened its risk-adjusted capitalisation considerably during 2016, driven by the syndicate's shift in capital management strategy. It has also been assigned a Financial Strength Rating of B (Fair) and a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of "bb+" by A.M. Best. The outlooks assigned to these credit ratings (ratings) are positive.
