A postal service for the digital era

Last week, the New York Times (NYT) examined how Singapore's postal service operator, SingPost had reinvented itself in the digital age. With snail mail on the decline worldwide, and with the tech-savvy island nation being no exception, SingPost, which was previously a state-owned company but went public in 2003, has for some years diversified its businesses to stave off the risk of not keeping up.
