China:34 life insurers see US$1.5 bln+ premiums each in 2015

Thirty-four life, pension and health insurers in China have reported gross premiums of at least CNY10 billion (US$1.52 billion) last year, six more than in 2014, according to data from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. The figures included premiums paid by policyholders towards investment funds and investment-linked insurance.
