Turkey:Further regulatory development in takaful expected

Further development in takaful in Turkey is expected to include specific provisions for the Islamic insurance sector in the country's insurance law to provide a clear legal framework and to promote the expansion of the takaful sector, according to Dr Ahmet Genc, Deputy Undersecretary of the Treasury.
