Bahrain:Solidarity seeks regulatory okay to take over Al Ahlia

Al Ahlia Insurance has announced that the Solidarity Group is seeking relevant regulatory approvals for the latter to proceed with a potential offer to acquire the shares of the former, after completing a limited due diligence exercise.
