Govt sets out minimum compensation for production liability insurance

The Chinese government has issued regulations stipulating that the minimum compensation in the event of accidental death at the workplace is to be CNY300,000 (US$45.555). This is stipulated in the "Measures for the Implementation of Safe Production Liability Insurance" that will take effect on 1 January 2018.
