Its claims cost reduction initiative and its offer of a full range of insurance-related services, including risk retention strategies and alternative risk financing advice, scored with the Judges who named it the Law Firm of the Year.

GAB Robins New Zealand wowed the judges with its unique approach to loss adjusting by listening to customers and responding in the "GAB Robins' Way", while keeping an eye on revenue growth and profitability. Its ongoing commitment to training and education with a $500,000 annual investment for continual improvement initiatives further sealed its position as Loss Adjuster of the Year.

 

Insurance Personality of the Year
