The CBIRC has issued its "2019 Insurance Intermediary Market Chaos Remediation Work Plan", which mainly includes three key tasks: to lay down insurance companies' responsibility for the management of various intermediary channels; to audit insurance intermediaries for compliance with regulations; and to strengthen third-party online distribution cooperation.
