PERILS, a Zurich-based company providing industry-wide catastrophe insurance data, has revealed the recent European windstorm to be the biggest exposure in its updated Industry Exposure Database (IED). The exposure comprises around 191m individual risks representing approximately EUR57tn ($64tn) of insured property values.
