Dietary changes with focus on plant-based foods must to arrest climate change

A United Nations (UN) report on effects of climate change says dietary changes, featuring plant-based foods and sustainable animal-sourced food, could free up land and cut emissions. It says global meat consumption must fall to curb global warming, reduce growing strains on land and water and improve food security, health and biodiversity.
