The Insurance Association of Cambodia (IAC) has signed an MoU with general insurers on vehicle insurance whereby the insurers will use accident reports from traffic police to develop an accident scenario assessment and determine compensation. The agreement will come into effect in January next year and seeks to make processing claims more accurate and faster, reported the Khmer Times.
