Almost two-thirds (62.2%) of insurance buyers purchase insurance policies for risk coverage, and the rest invested for investment purposes, tax benefits, and even for retirement income security, according to the findings of a survey by InsuranceDekho, an InsurTech platform operated by Girnar Insurance Brokers.
