Great Eastern's digital transformation


The launch of Great Eastern's new platform for its agents and financial advisers, Great Digital Advantage, is leading towards a change in dynamics when it comes to interacting with its customers, said managing director of regional agency/FA and bancassurance Ben Tan. "With the life storyboard, we move from face-to-face interactions to shoulder-to-shoulder interactions," he said.
