Hong Kong:Misconceptions on VHIS unearthed by study

Launched in April this year, Hong Kong's Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) was meant to encourage more residents to use private healthcare services through hospital insurance. However, a new study commissioned by imSure, an online insurance comparison platform, has found that people in Hong Kong harbour a number of misconceptions about the scheme.
