In the run-up to the direct licensing regime, the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) is working closely with the Insurance Authority (IA) on a number of industry consultations regarding four draft guidelines on life insurance. Despite the short turnaround time, life insurance members are expected to respond and provide comments and feedback by the deadline this week.
