Malaysia sees 'first' WhatsApp e-policy delivery

Gibraltar BSN Life introduced its first-in-market WhatsApp e-Policy delivery system and a chatbot called GINA (Gibraltar INtelligent Assistant) to provide round-the-clock customer service to policyholders on WhatsApp.
