Australia:Personalisation ranks 2x as high as having a personal agent

While price and the likelihood of a successful claim remain the key drivers of selecting and staying with an insurer, personalisation is seen as the best use of technology to engender loyalty, according to an inaugural survey by IT services company DXC Technology in partnership with local research firm Telsyte.
