Inability to meet evolving customer needs and increasing competition are top risks for Singapore SMEs - Aon

Singapore SMEs are struggling to meet customer needs, according to a study conducted by Aon. A lack of capital is the top reason for failure to meet customer needs and invest in innovation, with more than 60 percent of SMEs seeking external financing. Damage to their brand, increasing competition and workforce shortage were cited as other top risks.
