Indonesia:Finance Ministry proposes revision to rule on foreign ownership in insurers

The Ministry of Finance has proposed that there be no restriction on foreign ownership in insurance companies that are granted "grandfathering" benefits or excluded from a government regulation that was issued last year that caps foreign ownership in local insurance companies at 80%.
