Storm surges are Hurricane Dorian's biggest threat

As the slow-moving hurricane travels across the Bahamas Archipelago, authorities are warning people to stay under shelter until the storm has moved on. Despite the fact that Dorian has been downgraded from category five to category four, risk of catastrophic winds and floods are still high.
