According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information in the US, the genome for the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), otherwise known as the Wuhan virus, has been fully sequenced. This sequencing only took 2 weeks since the discovery of the virus in late December last year, compared to the 3 months it took to sequence the 2003 SARS virus.
