Work from home shows no adverse effect on productivity

Remote working was a major cultural shift for businesses in the wake of the pandemic, and reduced employee productivity has been a concern among some leaders. However, a recent survey by Chubb revealed that more than one-third (37%) of Americans working report being more productive, while another third say their productivity is equal to what they achieve in the office.
