China State Railway Group Co (China Railway), the state-owned railway passenger and cargo transportation services operator, and five insurers which are investors of a development fund are engaged in a row over China Railway's plan to liquidate the fund nine years early so as to avoid paying high dividends as bond yields slump and profits collapse.
