India:Pandemic specific policies cover 6m lives in two months

Indian insurers have sold around 3.2m Corona Kavach policies for a total premium of $66m since 10 July 2020 when these COVID-19 specific health insurance covers were launched in the Indian market by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
