China's new childbirth policies unlikely to boost birth rate -- Moody's

The Chinese government's announcement to allow couples to have up to three children each from two each previously and its pledges to resolve social and economic barriers to childbearing could support fertility to a limited extent, but the new policy is unlikely to produce any dramatic change in China's birth rate, says Moody's Investors Service.
