Malaysia:Number of customers' motor insurance complaints drops the past 5 years

Statistics released by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and the Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) show that despite the increasing number of motor policies/certificates issued in Malaysia, the number of complaints and disputes regarding motor policies/certificates has decreased over the past five years.
