Almost 70% of women in a survey say that they gain satisfaction from their lives as an insurance agent, with close to 40% experiencing positive changes in their family status, according to a white paper entitled "Career Options and Risk Management for Women in China", published jointly by Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance and the Fudan Development Institute (FDDI).
