Bahrain:Upper house of Parliament approves medical liability insurance proposal

The Shura Council, the upper house of the National Assembly, has passed a proposal for a law aimed at adopting a civil liability insurance system to cover professional errors made by those who practise medicine, dentistry and allied paramedical professions.
