Malaysia:Reinsurer issues subordinated medium-term notes

MNRB Holdings Berhad (MNRB) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad (Malaysian Re), yesterday issued subordinated medium-term notes (MTN) to raise MYR50m ($12m), under a MYR250m Subordinated MTN Programme. The issuance was fully subscribed by MNRB.
