New Zealand:Law passed on new financial conduct regime

The Financial Markets (Conduct of Institutions) Amendment Bill has been passed in Parliament, introducing a new regime regulating the conduct of insurers, banks and non-bank deposit takers (NBDTs) that is planned to come into force in early 2025.
