There is an increasing need for the insurance industry to share case studies from neighbouring countries/regions on how they respond to society's needs, such as sustainable development, and allocate their resources accordingly, says Mr Masayuki Tanaka, the general secretary of East Asian Insurance Congress (EAIC) and managing director of the Foundation for the Advancement of Life and Insurance Around the World (FALIA).
