Provinces or cities could appoint chief risk officers, suggests Swiss Re Institute

Provinces or cities in China could consider setting up new positions such as a chief risk officer, to apply modern risk management theory and bring awareness of the dynamic risk landscape, from demographic change to probability of occurrence of natural catastrophes in some specific regions, into provincial policymaking, suggests Swiss Re Institute.
