Turkiye:Optional financial liability seen as a "must" following Appeal Court decision

Optional financial liability insurance (OFLI) is a must, in the wake of a recent decision by the Court of Cassation (Supreme Court of Appeals) relating to a case in which the ceiling on compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (dubbed 'traffic insurance') is exceeded by the loss of value of a vehicle as a result of a traffic accident.
