MENA:Quarter of top execs assess undetected ineligible claims at up to 2.5% of their total medical insurance payouts

Around a quarter (24.4%) of insurance leaders estimate that up to 2.5% of their respective company's annual total paid claim amounts went undetected as ineligible claims, according to the March 2023 survey by Link Insurance, which offers insurance broking and consulting services.
