16th China Rendezvous

3-5 Sep 2024, Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town, Beijing, China

Theme: "Unlocking China’s Potential, Resilience and Power in the World’s Insurance Landscape"

China continues its financial sector’s opening up, with the National Financial Regulatory Administration recently introducing a slew of new measures. These initiatives have opened unprecedented doors for foreign banks and insurance companies.

Over the past two decades, this gradual opening has dramatically transformed China’s financial industry. Today, the country hosts the world’s largest banking system and the second-largest markets for insurance, stocks, and bonds globally.

Committed to high-quality development and the goal of achieving common prosperity, China has brought significant opportunities to the insurance industry, which is also crucial for enhancing the resilience of Chinese society. Global insurance industry giants continue to be optimistic about the Chinese market, considering it to have immense developmental potential, resilience, and vitality.

Asia Insurance Review (AIR), at the pinnacle of the industry for 33 years and heralded as the voice of Asia’s insurance industry, will once again host the “16th China Rendezvous.” The conference will be held again in Beijing, China, and this event will be at the forefront of communication between China’s insurance industry and the global insurance industry!

Aiming to showcase the strong momentum of the Chinese market in the recovery process, we have set this year’s conference theme as “Unlocking China’s Potential, Resilience, and Power in the World’s Insurance Landscape.” The conference will focus on discussing the vast opportunities that China’s insurance market brings to the global industry against the backdrop of continued opening up and will delve into the challenges faced by China’s insurance industry development, along with discussing many other trending topics in the market.

Bilateral negotiation tables will be provided around the main hall to foster communication and facilitate cooperation. Throughout the conference, we will provide simultaneous interpretation services and equipment in both Chinese and English.
