A new regulator, changes in some rules and a prospect of review of other regulations – all of these are seen to be actions that will benefit the insurance industry. Insurers are positive about the new super regulator, the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), whose current top priorities are to standardise Indonesia’s industry practices and to create a level playing field. 
     Growth is everywhere for both life and general and with strong numbers supporting the optimistic outlook, the future certainly looks bright for everyone.
