South Korea:Regulator encourages insurers to protect consumers

Insurers that are the subject of complaints from customers will have to slash their employees' paychecks, while those who receive positive evaluations for effectively addressing consumer complaints will receive incentives in the form of higher salaries and promotions, reports the Korea Times, citing the Financial Services Commission.
