Arch Insurance Australia has promoted Ms Carey Sturgiss to the position of Southern Region Professional Indemnity (PI) Underwriting Manager.
In her new role, Ms Sturgiss will be responsible for overseeing underwriting activities for the PI portfolio across the southern region spanning Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.
Ms Sturgiss brings more than 25 years’ insurance market experience to the role. Prior to joining Arch in 2025, she worked with Chubb, CGU, Allianz and QBE.
