| 01 Jul 2026

ITC Asia 2026 opened in Singapore yesterday, 30 June, Tuesday, with a flurry of workshops, that remained true to the themes it would be exploring in this year's edition of the event.

In keeping with one of the event’s nine themes, “Tech in Action”, some workshops held on the first day looked at how insurers could maximise their potential in an AI world, and also examined how organisations could turn a return on investment with the technology.

Similarly, a Women in Leadership Forum was also held, staying true to the theme “Leadership Insights”.

Formal opening

The event formally opened this morning, 1 July, with key speakers in the conference over the coming days set to focus on the other themes, such as “Distribution Reinvented”.

Looking at “Claims Excellence and Retention”, there will not only be a talk, titled ‘Navigating the AI Journey: Building a Strategic Foundation for Next-Gen Underwriting and Claims’, but also a product demo of the ‘Perfios Acclaim Co-Pilot’, by tech company Perfios.
