NotPetya losses have hit $3bn and will continue to climb

The insured losses of last year's globe-spanning malware attack, NotPetya, has been calculated at $3bn, with independent loss adjudicator, Property Claims Services (PCS), saying that it will continue to climb further. The bulk of the losses stem from silent - or non-affirmative - coverage. Previous estimates put the total insured loss at $2.7bn.
