Arch Insurance International has appointed Mr Ed Short as head of digital. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for executing Arch's digital underwriting strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach across its platforms, which includes Australia.
Mr Short will also work closely with Arch’s underwriting teams and focus on advancing the company’s digital capabilities across products, placement and partnerships, providing brokers with seamless access to capacity and expertise. He will foster a digital environment that compliments Arch’s open market underwriting as well.
Prior to his new role, Mr Short worked with AdvantageGo, Hiscox, Barbican and HCC Global. He joined Arch in 2023.
