Mr Ian Roberts and Ms Vanessa Kilner from Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore say the recent judgment of Koh Chong Chiah v Treasure Resort indicates a growing willingness by the Singapore judiciary to countenance the use of "representative action", a form of collective redress.
