IAIS begins first public consultation on global insurance capital standard

The International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) has begun a public consultation to help guide development of its risk-based, global insurance capital standard (ICS). This is the first of three planned public consultations on the ICS and is open until 16 February 2015.
