2nd Hong Kong Insurance Awards launched

The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) is inviting entries for the second instalment of its “Hong Kong Insurance Awards”. A total of 13 awards will be up for grabs this year, in both the General Insurance and Life Insurance categories.
The awards aim to raise standards across the industry by acknowledging top-notch performance and innovation, the HKFI said in a statement.
Applications will open in early June. More details can be found on the Hong Kong Federation website.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony on 29 October. Over 300 people attended the first Hong Kong Insurance Awards last year.
Mr Sivam Subramaniam, Editor-in-Chief of Asia Insurance Review and Middle East Insurance Review, will sit in the judging panel comprising 36 independent industry experts. The local radio channel, Metro Finance (FM. 104), is co-organiser of the awards. Asia Insurance Review is one of the media partners of the event.
